Company Introduction

Anhui Chizhou Household Machine Tool Co., Ltd., established in 1958, locates in Chizhou City of Anhui Province. The former name is Guichi Agriculture Machinery Factory, which owns a long history after several evolutions. Our formerly produced products include diesel engines, walking-tractors, agricultural motors and so on. Since 1986, our company has switched to manufacture household combination machine tools - multi-purpose machines for European and American markets, renamed as Anhui Chizhou Household Machine Tool Co., Ltd.

We are specialized in small size machine tools and CNC machines, and are one of the five important enterprises of small-size machine tools, "Provincial High Technological Enterprise", and "National Export Base of Mechanical and Electrical Products", with direct import and export right. We take the quality as life and we establish a scientific and serious quality guarantee system. Our quality system is ISO9001 certified. We gained CE certificate from TUV in 2007 for all of our products.

There are nearly 400 personnel in our company, including 72 technological developing and research persons. We have a technology research team headed by Mr. Xu Xiangtai who is a nationally famous CNC expert, and a provincial technology center was founded by us, too.

Our company is divided into north and south areas. The total area is 150,000 square meters. The workhouse area is 69,000 square meters. The south area, of 90,045 square meters, is located in Industrial Zone of South Part of Chizhou City with standard workhouses and multi-offices of 36,000 square meters. The south area is the center of decision, production, technology development and research, marketing and management of our company and takes on the assembly work of main parts and precisions parts. The north area, of 59,400 square meters, is beside the south part of Yangtze River with the workhouses of 33,000 square meters, and takes on the work of foundry, spare part manufacture, heat treatment and packing.

We have 620 sets of various kinds of finishing machining equipment, including CNC double column gantry guideway grinding machines, gantry planning machine, vertical milling machines, horizontal boring machines and other precision, heavy and infrequent equipment. We have established a production line for main parts of small-size machine tool manufacturers. This production line can undertake the big production of single products and the small production of many kinds of products. The yearly production capability is 20,000 sets for various kinds.

Our leading products are characteristic small-size machine tools and CNC machines like vertical machine centers, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines and CNC slant lathes. Our main products are White Eagle VMCs, horizontal VMCs, CNC bench lathes, HQ series multi-purpose machines, CZ series bench lathes, ZAY series milling & drilling machines, CX series milling machines, 7 kinds of ML1744 function woodworking machines and so on. Our products are of the leading level of technology among other national enterprises in the same industry. We got the prize of "National Main New Products" and so on.
